What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the trusted advisor and accounting department for a portfolio of small business clients
- Manage bookkeeping accounts to meet individual revenue targets and contribute to overall team revenue
- Utilize employer's software to import, categorize transactions, reconcile accounts, and generate financial statements
- Conduct virtual meetings with clients to review their books and address bookkeeping-related questions
- Provide exceptional customer service and build trusting relationships with clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completion of post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- 0-2 years of general work experience
- Previous experience in cloud accounting
- Strong customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills
- Stellar communication skills with the ability to convey accounting concepts in lay terms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous working experience with small businesses is a plus
