      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead communication process with clients, addressing technical accounting, product, pricing, and process inquiries
      - Manage client escalations using customer service and problem-solving skills
      - Guide clients through product changes, ensuring effective follow-up on resolutions
      - Prepare and explain add-on billing charges and process client terminations
      - Deliver high-quality bookkeeping and tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of progressive bookkeeping experience in a multi-client environment
      - Minimum of 3 years of client servicing experience with small business owners
      - Proficient knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO) and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
      - Experience in small business accounting and tax services
      - Strong skills in problem-solving, process improvement, and critical thinking
      - Proven ability to work autonomously as a self-directed worker
      - Demonstrated commitment to creating an inclusive workplace
