- Assisting with the accounts payable process by accurately submitting invoices and parsing out invoice details
- Making sure inventory order costs are entered accurately and efficiently
- Reviewing vendor statements and communicating with vendors about invoices
- Tracking the progress of incoming inventory orders and following up with Vendors as needed
- Attend bookstore team meetings (Remotely through zoom)

- Bachelor's or Associate's degree

Description
The Westminster Bookstore is looking to hire a detail and process-oriented person who is passionate about the role of books in the life and health of the church and family. The Bookstore Accounts Payable Clerk will report to the Associate Director of Operations and oversee the accounts payable process for the bookstore.
