      Thank you for your interest in Northwest Ordinance Distilling (NOD), our first ever facility in the Hoosier state, and the newest facility in the Sazerac manufacturing network. We operate 24/7, primarily producing and bottling Fireball Cinnamon Whisky and other famous spirit brands (99 Brand, Parrot Bay, Dr. McGillicuddy’s, etc.).       Job Description/Responsibilities

      The Bottling Coordinator reconciles daily production, enters bottling in ERP and is cross trained to handle bulk processing entry. Responsible for maintaining inventory of operating supplies and consumables (cycle counting, ordering, system data entry). Ensure NOD remains in compliance with all TTB and government regulations when related to reporting case production.

      Assist the Bottling department with the administrative work associated with running the bottling floor including bar coding, supply inventory, reconciling purchased parts with purchase requisitions. Assist in maintaining records and provide communication support with vendors regarding equipment and problem resolutions. Oversee purchasing of operating supplies for bottling ensuring cost effectiveness. Suggest/implement cost saving measures.

      Continually seek ways to improve performance as measured by Key Performance Indicators. Cross-train in order to increase knowledge, improve processes, and to improve intra- and inter- departmental communications. Continuously review processes for improvement and to increase productivity and efficiency.

      Qualifications/Requirements

      REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

      Minimum of a High School diploma or GED equivalent

      Sys21 experience or equivalent order management experience

      Detail oriented and demonstrated ability to perform work with high degree of accuracy

      Strong analytical and technical skills

      Strong interpersonal skills

      Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)

      Self-driven mindset
