Job Description

- Design of the plans of the stores applying the Boucheron concept and following the requests of the markets and management
- Coordination with external consultants involved in the design
- Evolution of design charts (architectural and lighting) and their follow-up
- Follow an effective methodology to manage internal and external communication
- Propose store plans, several options, according to the demands of the market
- Coordinate the APS, APD and rendering phases with the design architects, and integrate all possible evolutions into the store concept
- Adapt the architectural project according to the store, the specificity of the location, the comments of the store committee, while ensuring that the constraints of quality, budget and schedule are met
- Support and follow-up the construction phase with design solutions and anticipate problems with a pro-active spirit (interfacing with regional PM, local architect, construction team)
- Validation and follow-up of all executive drawings for the construction of the stores (general contractors, millworkers, facade consultants, direct order suppliers, artisans)
- Ensure the flow of information between all project stakeholders at the design level (story-telling/ material boards/ guidelines)
- Develop an effective and reassuring communication. Be attentive and respectful, making sure to be clear and understood
- Demonstrate team spirit to work in collaboration with other teams within the department on a daily basis, in particular store planning, VM and Maintenance
- Easily manage many projects at the same time (5-7 projects)
- React positively to stress and deadlines
- Rigorous, organized, proactive and curious
- A good communicator to ensure the quality of exchanges with the various stakeholders of the projects
- Know how to ensure a level of exigency aligned with the values of the House

DESCRIPTION
Within the Store Design Planning & VM department and reporting to the Store Design Manager, the PM manages the development of the design phases of the retail network.
The PM guarantees compliance with the architectural chart deployed in the various stores, ensuring the quality and standard required, as well as creativity.
PROFILE
Education: Master degree in architecture
Experience: at least 5 years in architecture/ interior design,
luxury retail is a strong plus
corporate experience is a strong plusLanguages: french, english (fluently written and spoken), italian is a strong plus
IT skills: Microsoft Office (excel/ppt), Autocad advanced, Adobe photoshop, InDesign
