      Job summary

      We are seeking a dedicated BPO SPE Voice professional with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge proficiency in MS Office and excellent customer service skills. This is a work-from-home position with rotational shifts requiring fluency in English for reading and writing.

      Responsibilities

      • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
      • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
      • Utilize technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems.
      • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
      • Use MS Office tools to prepare reports and documentation as required.
      • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.
      • Follow company protocols and guidelines to maintain service standards.
      • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and improve processes.
      • Adapt to rotational shifts and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
      • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques.
