What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in developing communications and branding strategies for branch remodels and new builds
- Create marketing plans for new market entries, including local advertising and partnerships
- Understand regional branch markets and recommend ongoing local marketing strategies
- Ensure branch marketing materials are up to date and compliant with regulatory standards
- Track membership growth and member feedback to inform marketing strategies and initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction across the organization
- Proficiency with standard office software packages, including spreadsheets and presentations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience in branch-specific marketing efforts, particularly related to builds and remodels
- Mastery of planning, writing, and editing content
- Demonstrated ability to use discretion and independent judgment in decision-making
