      BrightStar Care is seeking a Brand Content Manager with a strong background in content marketing, campaign management, and digital strategy to enhance our brand’s visibility and engagement. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing content-driven marketing campaigns to elevate brand awareness, support lead generation, and drive engagement across both B2C and recruitment audiences.

      The ideal candidate will have experience managing content strategies, leveraging HubSpot for marketing automation, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing content for SEO. This role requires a detail-oriented, strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, data-driven marketing, and healthcare branding.

      WHAT YOU’LL DO

      Strategy and Planning
      • Develop and manage an integrated content marketing strategy to support business goals, including brand awareness, customer acquisition, and recruitment.
      • Collaborate with fellow content and marketing team members to share ideas and arrive at creative solutions to marketing challenges.
      • Create and oversee a content calendar that aligns with business initiatives and supports both national and local marketing efforts

      Campaign Development and Execution

      • Lead the development of compelling blog posts, email campaigns, landing pages, videos, social media content and more that align with digital and SEO best practices.
      • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to engage target audiences.
      • Utilize HubSpot and other automation tools to create email nurture campaigns, marketing sequences, and personalized content strategies.
      • Manage relationships with freelancers and creative / content partners to develop high-quality assets.
      • Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice and aligns with research-driven messaging.
      Performance Analysis and Optimization
      • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, engagement rates, and conversions) to refine content strategies.
      • Optimize content for SEO and user engagement, leveraging keyword research and performance data.
      • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing effectiveness.
      • Create campaign performance reports and presentations to share with internal and external stakeholders.
      • Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital content marketing.

      WHAT YOU’LL BRING

      Education
      • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, art/design, or related areas.
      Experience
      • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in content marketing or related field.
      • Experience in healthcare or senior care marketing/creative a plus.
      Skills / Abilities
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
      • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools a strong plus.
      • Experience with Adobe creative programs a plus.
      • Detail-oriented with high-level grammatical and editing skills.
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
      • Desire to work in a high-performance team environment.
