      Numotion’s retail division, SpinLife, is the market leader in online retail Durable Medical Equipment (DME) for the aging population as well as people living with disabilities. Serving approximately 80,000 customers annually, SpinLife provides a wide variety of DME categories including scooters, lifts, power and manual wheelchairs, and a growing number of exclusive products as well as other accessibility equipment. SpinLife manages a national network of service technicians to provide White Glove Delivery and In-Home Service, as well as distributes the largest national catalog in the DME space.

      The pay range for this position is $100,000-120,000 salary. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location

      JOB PURPOSE:
      The Brand Designer will lead in crafting visually compelling and brand-aligned creative assets that tell the brand story that resonates with segmented audiences, and supports the company’s marketing, communications, and strategic initiatives. This role will drive the execution of design projects across web, digital, print, and social media platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging. Additionally, the position will manage the Production Designer, providing direction and oversight to maintain high-quality creative output and efficient workflow processes.
      This role plays a key part in enhancing brand visibility, engaging target audiences, and driving business growth through innovative and effective design solutions.
      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
       Develops, integrates, and executes publishing digital and physical marketing campaigns to drive against established core KPIs on our various platforms to bring the brand to life.
       Works with the marketing team to construct comprehensive content strategic plans to grow brand awareness and brand affinity across both SpinLife and SpinKids brand.
       Works closely with marketing, merchandise, IT, and sales to understand project needs and develop visual solutions that align with the brand goals and messaging
       Ensures all visual materials adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and cohesive look across all channels and touchpoints.
       Works with manufacturers, creators & internal shoots to prepare, edit, & optimize images, videos, & other visual content for various formats, ensuring quality and performance across different devices & platforms.
       Leads multiple design projects from concept to final execution, ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality standards are maintained throughout the process.
       Prioritizes researching the consumer and mobility industry to translate to insightful consumer journeys.
       Attend property events and activities to gather content (including occasional evening and weekend events)
       Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
       Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies & federal regulations.
       Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

      REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
      • 3-5 years of experience (or equivalent) in marketing, digital design or UX/UI design.
      • Fluency in HTML/CSS and CMS required. Must be able to read, write and apply HTML/CSS styling to web content for visual consistency on the website and app.
      • Digital graphics production, use of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
      • Strong portfolio or track record of successful brand projects
      • Creative visionary with eye for detail
      • Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
      • Experience with front-end web development.
      • Experience with video editing software (and best practices) desired, preferably Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
      PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
       Associate’s degree in digital media, graphic design, web design, communications or related field.
       Experience with photography and photo retouching.
       Ability to concentrate and remain focused while handling multiple tasks, responsibilities, and projects; proactive in nature, taking the initiative rather than waiting for outside motivation.
       Ability to strategize and execute in a fast-paced work environment
       Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks, good time-management and problem-solving skills.
       Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail.
       Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within a fast-paced environment.
       Good communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
       Excellent interpersonal skills.

       Frequent use of hands, wrists, fingers associated with computer equipment.

       Will require up to 25% travel for events and photo shoots.
