      This role will focus on securing new commercial partnership opportunities for Misfits Boxing.

      The successful candidate must havestrong commercial awareness, a proven sales record, and an entrepreneurial, strategic mindset, whilst holding strong industry relationships with global multi-national companies in the UK and Europe.

      Excellent organisational, leadership & team management skills are essential as are outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities in order to successfully develop and manage relationships with key clients (talent, brands & agencies), stakeholders (agents, rights holders & internal teams) and team members.

      The role will be to successfully drive forward and meet predetermined revenue targets within the arm of Wasserman’s Boxing division, in this results led position.

      Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

      • Focus of activity should be aimed at the UK & US markets.
      • Working closely with the Head of Commercial - Boxing, to devise and execute overall division strategy aimed at sourcing client commercial opportunities against a revenue target, whilst providing a world class commercial service to Partners
      • Communicate frequently to all key stakeholders, providing regular updates & working closely with team leads across PR/Comms, Digital & Event Ops where relevant
      • Manage & oversee deal/contract life cycle from sourcing of deal through to signature and rights delivery, for commercial partnerships secured across the team
      • Real-time client & team problem solving
      • Adopt and evolve best practices for client & campaign account management, monitoring performance of Partnerships for reporting purposes
      • Source, Manage and Activate Commercial opportunities on behalf of Misfits Boxing
      • Working closely with PR/Comms lead for commercial to develop Wasserman’s ‘Value in Kind’ offering for clients. To include but not limited to: product Gifting, Premiere and Brand event invitations and Collaborations
      • Ensure high level of proactivity with regards to understanding key marketing industry developments (ie being aware of important product launches, marketing agency appointments and industry personnel changes)
      • Establish and maintain long-term, profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
