What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the creative direction for the employer by designing and conceptualizing various graphic and motion graphic assets
- Oversee and review print, digital, video, and other collateral to maintain brand integrity and consistency
- Serve as the primary graphic designer and video/motion graphics point person for the employer
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the employer's strategic plan initiatives
- Manage the design and creative process while ensuring timely delivery of projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics/video creation
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse audiences
- Experience in overseeing design processes for large organizations is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as BaseCamp
- Previous experience working within a healthcare environment
