      Primary Objective of Position: The Brand Specialist is responsible for supporting the creative development and execution of go-to-market and other brand initiatives in line with Newmar brand strategy. This role blends design, storytelling and content creation to strengthen brand awareness, enhance customer and dealer engagement and contribute to a consistent and compelling visual identity across all channels. The ideal candidate combines creative talent with the heart of a brand marketer and a passion for the consumer.

      Key Areas of Responsibility

      • Creates and/or oversees the creation of go-to-market communications and assets in support of marketing strategies, either by self or with support of Agency, including:
        • Annual Model Year launch support materials, including messaging, brochures, photography, videography, brand and dealer paid and organic media assets, emails and monthly newsletters.
        • Ad hoc communication needs such as social content, blog posts, press releases, sales and service promotions and print and digital advertisements.
        • Event materials in-partnership with Experience Specialist, Sales, Sales Training and Digital and Dealer Manager needs, including show fliers, POP, floor plans, etc.
        • Co-branded dealer marketing assets & sales training materials.
        • Press Releases.
      • Oversees production and delivery of brand assets (digital and print), ensuring all assets meet brand guidelines.
      • Develops, maintains, and monitors the Digital Assets Library, including talent and asset usages contracts.
      • Leads the creation and administration of monthly and adhoc email campaigns, workflow updates and list creation and distribution.
      • Helps develop and maintain brand guidelines in partnership with Brand Director and Agency.
      • Provides strategic support as requested, including brand and product positioning, consumer and shopper research, competitive analysis, media planning, events strategy, and marketing management systems, etc.
      • Fulfills ad hoc photography and videography needs as requested.
      • Delivers complete and timely expense reports, budget inputs, customer leads, social media content, and digital reports.
      • Collaborates effectively with cross functional partners including HR, Sales, Sales Training, Customer Experience, Engineering and Product.
      • Performs other duties as assigned by the Director, Brand Marketing, VP Marketing & Strategy, or an Executive Team member.

      Education & Experience

      • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design , Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related creative field.
      • 2+ years of professional experience in a creative or brand marketing role, preferably in-house within a marketing department or with a creative agency.
      • Proven ability to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content across multiple media types, including digital, print, and video.
      • Experience managing creative projects from concept to execution, including coordination with outside agencies or freelance partners.
      • Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of graphic design, visual storytelling, and content creation across channels (social media, email, print, web).
      • Familiarity with creative processes, brand guidelines, and approval workflows in a corporate or premium brand setting.
      • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, engineering, product, etc.) and/or agency partners.
      • Experience in photography and videography.
