      Req#: 12702
      Brewery Ambassadors conduct tours for public and VIP events, support gift shop and customers.

      What You’ll Brew:

      • Conducting brewery tours on a regular basis -- public, private, paid programming and VIP group Managing sales, assisting customers and restocking the gift shop
      • Greeting guests to the Brewery Tour Center
      • Assisting with all tours (pouring beer, keeping tasting areas organized, answering questions)
      • Maintaining all aspects of organization in the Brewery Tour Center (rooms, gift shop, storage area, etc)
      • Assisting in the updating and creation of brewery history displays Inventory processing for the retail shop
      • Maintaining and assisting in the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the retail shop and Brewery Tour Center
      • Assisting in local marketing projects and events
      • Driving sales for specialty programs and events at the greeting desk
      • Shipping, receiving and other organizational tasks

      What Ingredients You'll Bring:

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • 21+ years of age required
      • High school diploma required
      • At least 1 year of experience in customer service
      • Excellent, clear language and communication skills, written and verbal
      • Ability to work in an organized, detail-oriented manner
      • Approximately 25 hours per week
      • Friday and Saturday work availability

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Knowledge of craft beer
      • Prior experience in public speaking
