Job Description

- Serve the bride and groom throughout dinner service to ensure they experience first-class customer service.
- Serve an additional table during the reception, if necessary.
- Be attentive to other VIP guests at the wedding and reception, including immediate family and bridal party members.
- Help the Banquet Manager and Event Coordinator during the reception (gathering VIP guests and bridal party for the cake cutting, dancing, bouquet toss, and other formalities).
- During downtime, assist the banquet team with serving, bussing and setup.
- Help wrap up all final details and carefully/neatly pack up any leftover items from the host, including drop-off items.
- Orchestrate ceremony, reception details and assist the Event Coordinator with ceremony and rehearsal. Be present during photographs of the wedding party and follow with drinks and food as needed.
- Review special seating arrangements prior to the ceremony.
- Responsible for keeping the Bride, Groom and Bridal Party on the timeline.
- Refresh and inspect bridal and groom suites for the next group
- Handles any Emergency, carry emergency kit (Bobby Pins, Sewing Kit, Tissues, Lipstick).
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
- 2 years’ experience in banquets.
- Possess a warm, friendly “Can-Do” attitude.
- Organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills required.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment; wedding experience preferred.
- Must be personable, neatly groomed, and able to work as a part of a team.
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be able to communicate concerns promptly and effectively to the Banquet Manager and Event Coordinator.
- Willingness to get involved in the business operations, as needed.
- Available to work Thursday-Sunday, April to November.

How the Bridal Attendant works with the Team:
Mountain Creek’s Bridal Attendant is a server role that has the additional responsibility of assisting the event coordinator with wedding preparations on the day of the event and focuses their attention on the Bride, Groom and bridal party.
