What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage daily reviews of online new account activity for potential fraud
- Monitor daily reports generated in banking software for suspicious patterns
- Assist in fraud investigations and report results to senior management
- Review new accounts for compliance with the Customer Identification Program (CIP)
- Assist in the preparation or review of Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years' experience in the mortgage industry required
- Familiarity with Fiserv Navigator and Verafin preferred
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years' exposure or experience in BSA-related activities preferred
- Experience in compliance monitoring and reporting
- Familiarity with AML regulations and practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
