What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct bank-wide evaluations and testing to assess risks associated with money laundering and terrorist financing
- Prepare written reports summarizing objectives, scope, findings, and conclusions for each business unit
- Document findings and observations from quality assurance reviews
- Perform testing to ensure the completeness and accuracy of transaction data flow
- Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and supporting data

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-3 years of BSA/AML proven experience required
- Prior financial institution experience as a BSA Investigator required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior compliance and/or audit experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of GRC and transaction monitoring systems (e.g., Archer, Verafin)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
