- Program Timeline: August 19, 2024 – December 6, 2024 (with option to extend to January 12, 2025).
- Part-Time employment with up to 29 hours per week, $18/hr.
- Housing, relocation and/or transportation are not provided.

- All candidates must have a Senior or Graduate student status for the Fall 2024 semester. Candidates will be required to provide documentation of their Fall 2024 class schedule upon formal offer.

- Client Services & Hospitality: The Client Services & Hospitality Intern will assist the Client Service & Hospitality team with the club’s full suite of hospitality programs. This intern will work closely with the team to ensure high-level execution of all client events and activations. The Client Services & Hospitality Intern will utilize event execution & customer service skillsets in a collaborative, fast-paced environment to help ensure that initiatives are fully delivered, and expectations are always exceeded while establishing strong client relationships.
- Creative - Video Content: The role of the Creative team is to support the entire Titans organization by embracing the SERVE initiative while striving to ENTERTAIN an audience of current, new, and potential fans. Our team provides creative solutions for the departments within the organization to help meet their business objectives. The Creative Video Intern will assist content specialists with a variety of day-to-day functions with a particular focus on Marketing, Community and Corporate Partnership. This individual will also assist on content assignments through concepting, filming and editing. This individual will need to have working knowledge of professional video cameras and NLE software, specifically the Adobe Creative suite.
- Finance: The role of the Finance team is to provide strategic and service-minded accounting and finance support to all departments within the organization. The Finance intern will assist the team with day-to-day tasks with a special focus on assisting with the accounts payable function, including verifying proper authorization and coding of expenses, entering invoices, reconciling to the general ledger, and ensuring timely remittance of payment, etc. The role will also provide the opportunity to assist the team with other special projects as needed.
- Membership Services: The role of the Membership Services team is to support the organization’s mission and values by serving, entertaining, and communicating with Titans Season Ticket Members year-round. Membership Services is involved in every step of a Season Ticket Member’s experience including, but not limited to: ticket resolution, membership events, game day entertainment, and annual renewal of membership. The Membership Services Intern will utilize their customer service skillset by assisting the team with a variety of day-to-day functions and member communication, with a special focus on game day touchpoints, experiences, and events.
- ONE Community: The role of the ONE Community & Foundation team is to support the organizational mission & values by providing access, resources, and engagement to the local community by executing solution-based programs that service marginalized communities, connecting the Club’s mission to internal and external stakeholders, and providing philanthropic support through fundraising and charitable giving on behalf of the Foundation. This internship will assist the team with a variety of tasks that amplify the Foundation’s sponsorship/contributions process, in-season nonprofit and community engagement support, and cause driven programs.
- Premium Services: The Premium Services Intern will work intensively with the Premium Services team to assist in providing a world-class level of service to Premium Partners and guests in Nissan Stadium suites. This intern will help prepare for major Stadium events and Titans game days, collaborate with teammates, and support event day efforts. This opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience, while building strong relationships and sharpening customer service skills, will help maximize client renewals for the club and ultimately deliver an extraordinary fan experience inside Nissan Stadium.
- Public Relations: The role of the Communications team is to support and communicate the key messages of the Tennessee Titans in both its football and business endeavors, including a thriving concert and events business at Nissan Stadium. The Communications intern will assist in the development and execution of earned media and public relations strategies related to the Tennessee Titans on a local and national level. Strong writing skills are essential as the intern will draft, edit, and compose press releases, internal communications, and other materials as needed. The intern will assist with media activities at football, community, and marketing events, as well as ticketed events at Nissan Stadium. They will also play a key role in department administrative duties such as clips reports and media recaps.
- Stadium Events: The Stadium Events Department helps facilitate all major events at Nissan Stadium including Concerts, Football Games (Titans & TSU), Family Entertainment (Monster Jam, Supercross). The Stadium Events Intern will assist the Stadium Events team with many operational tasks for all major events at the facility. The Stadium Events Intern will also assist with the planning & execution of stadium special & internal events.
- Stadium Experience: The role of the Stadium Experience team is to create a famously exceptional guest experience and lasting memories for all guests visiting Nissan Stadium. Our team staffs all Titans games, concerts, and Monster Jam (and more!) with our Fan Services team and oversees all guest amenities and accommodations at Nissan Stadium. The Stadium Experience intern will assist with employee communications and culture. Additionally, this individual can expect to troubleshoot on event days, take a focus on accessibility, and interact with guests of Nissan Stadium.
- Strategic Operations: The role of the Strategic Operations team is to help the organization achieve it’s strategic goals through efficient support and leadership. The Strat Ops team is focused on tackling special projects, amplifying our leadership teams’ impact and being a resource to departments who are facing complex challenges. The Strategic Operations intern will assist the team in a variety of day-to-day tasks that focus on the operations and organization of our office, the senior leadership team, and the club as a whole. The intern will need to bring a problem-solving attitude to this position. The nature of the Strategic Operations department is that every day is unique and will require an intern who is open-minded and ready to learn the ins and outs of the organization.
- Ticketing: This highly motivated individual will work alongside Ticket Sales department reps and leaders to support many of the in-season game day and special event needs. Under the supervision of the Group Sales Manager and others, this person will be asked to complete operational tasks prior to and after different group sales events such as Learning Labs, Girl Scouts, and more. This person will also play a vital role in the department on gamedays.
- Titans Entertainment & Fan Engagement: As part of the Tennessee Titans Entertainment & Fan Engagement department, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a Mascot Program internship. Within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, the Mascot Program Intern will report to the Mascot Program Manager and work closely in supporting fan engagement campaigns, scheduling appearances, supporting school show programing, helping with video & social media content, & administrative duties of the department, as needed. The Tennessee Titans Mascot Program Intern will assist with the day-to-day operations of the Titans Mascot Department to implement programming and content that enhances fan engagement & outreach while supporting the organization’s mission to win, serve, and entertain!

The Bud Adams Internship Program is a season-long employment opportunity designed for highly motivated collegiate students looking to gain hands-on experience within the front office of a professional sports team. Interns will be placed in a department concurrent with their area of study for the 2024-2025 NFL season to gain experience as well as develop new skills, strengthen resume and align long-term career goals.
Program Details & Expectations
Over the course of the internship, interns will work within their respective department on various tasks and projects, participate in a collaborative group service project and attend professional development workshops. Interns are expected to work a combination of in-office and event days (can vary based on department). The collaborative group service project and professional development workshops will occur during normal business hours. All extracurricular event dates and times will be communicated to selected interns as soon as possible, prior to program start date.
Participation in the Bud Adams Internship Program does not imply or guarantee full time employment with the Tennessee Titans upon internship completion.
