What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enforce work standards across the Budget & Business Operations Team
- Act on behalf of the client in daily operations to achieve their goals
- Manage programs/projects related to real property management in the federal government
- Collaborate with government agencies in audit-related tasks
- Implement business process improvements in infrastructure and construction projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- US Citizenship is required for work authorization
- Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing similar programs/projects in the federal government
- At least 7 years of supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, business, or an MBA, along with a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or relevant licenses

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in budget and finance functions related to real property management
- Proficiency in computer programs such as RPMS for tracking real property
- Strong skills in budgeting, finance, and business operations
