What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage revenue and expenses for a portion of over 70 diverse grants and contracts
- Develop and manage budgets in collaboration with the development team and program management
- Serve as a liaison between finance, funders, and program staff, ensuring effective communication
- Monitor budget allocations and financial activities to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Identify and implement streamlined processes to improve efficiency in financial operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in budgeting and financial management of government grants and contracts in a nonprofit setting
- BA or BS in accounting, finance, or a related quantitative field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of SAGE Intacct and Rippling, or similar accounting and HR systems
- Experience in the criminal justice field or human services
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
