What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain budget tracking system and analyze budgetary and expenditure reports
- Develop budgetary needs for Operating Equipment and Expense (OE&E) items
- Prepare the Expenditure Management Plan and Budget Change Proposals (BCPs) as required
- Liaison with Accounting and Budget Office to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Provide training to office and region management on budgetary issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in budget analysis or financial management
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
