What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in coordinating, monitoring, and analyzing the departmental budget
- Conduct complex financial analyses to enhance operational methods and activities
- Prepare financial and cost accounting reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines
- Perform internal budget auditing and recommend procedural changes based on data analysis
- Serve as a liaison with other departments to provide budget and cost accounting information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with WorkDay is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of data and follow generally accepted accounting principles

- Strong creative problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Previous experience in a healthcare or academic setting
