What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of related experience
- Minimum of 6 years of direct experience in budget development, ideally in a clinical trial or medical setting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration
- 4 years of experience in research grants administration
