What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with national, regional, and custom home builders within the assigned territory
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to grow market share and achieve revenue goals
- Oversee a portfolio of builder accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies
- Provide training and product demonstrations to builder partners, ensuring they are well-informed about the company's products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience within the building industry, focusing on regional and custom home builders
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with builder partners
- Strong analytical abilities to assess market conditions and sales performance
- Ability to travel regionally up to 50% of the time to engage with builder partners

- Strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics within the builder segment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders effectively
