What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and drive sales of building automation controls and HVAC products through contractor and distributor channels
- Develop strategies and business plans to grow the account base and meet corporate sales targets
- Prospect and onboard new accounts while maintaining a funnel of opportunities in CRM tools
- Foster strong relationships with customers through various engagement activities, including sales meetings and trade shows
- Assist in the delivery of marketing materials and support the Product Development team with new product rollouts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or state-recognized GED
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Building Automation and/or HVAC Products
- At least 5 years of experience in sales within distributor and contractor verticals
- 3+ years of account management and new business development experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and willing to travel 50% of the time
