      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and drive sales of building automation controls and HVAC products through contractor and distributor channels
      - Develop strategies and business plans to achieve annual growth targets and corporate sales goals
      - Prospect, onboard, and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts
      - Provide training, technical support, and project quotes to customers
      - Assist in the rollout of new products, including marketing activities and customer engagement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or state-recognized GED
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience with Building Automation and/or HVAC products
      - At least 3 years of prior account management or new business development experience
      - Willingness and availability to travel 50% of the time
      - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - 5+ years of experience with Building Automation and/or HVAC products
      - 5+ years of experience selling within distributor and contractor verticals
      - 3+ years of additional account management and new business development experience
