What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage rental operations at the facility, ensuring safety and maintenance
- Schedule and conduct site tours with potential renters, showcasing facility features
- Provide administrative support for rental agreements, bookings, and payments
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Act as the primary point of contact for renters, addressing needs and resolving issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of facility and grounds maintenance and/or related recreation support experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to undergo comprehensive background screening, including fingerprinting
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform essential duties

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate degree in hospitality or facility/building maintenance
- CPR and First Aid Certification within 90 days of employment
