      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain relationships with architects, project owners, and contractors in multi-family residential construction
      - Schedule and execute detailed presentations and product demonstrations
      - Collaborate with a Business Development Representative to drive new business
      - Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales
      - Stay informed on industry news and trends to become a subject matter expert

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in any field and 2 years of relevant sales experience; or
      - Associate's Degree in any field and 4 years of relevant sales experience; or
      - High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 6 years of relevant sales experience
      - Proven experience in closing sales and achieving sales goals
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the construction or building materials industry
      - Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
      - Ability to work independently and set personal goals
      - Strong relationship-building skills and customer-focused mindset
      - Willingness to travel and work outside typical business hours
