Nexwave is the Amadeus Business Incubator, we identify and grow new businesses to shape the travel experience of tomorrow. Within Nexwave, the Business Analysis & Development team’s mission is to provide intrapreneurs with strategic insight from business analysis and support on business development activities. We support the different incubation projects incubated in a consulting manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide business analysis in the different areas addressed by the incubation projects, with a strong focus on understanding the customers’ needs and pain points, as per Nexwave incubation methodology;
• Potential business analysis: market analysis (size, growth, segmentation), customer needs (customers and problems) & competitive landscape;
• Support the incubation projects strategy & growth, defining the go-to-market strategy, product value proposition, business model, etc.;
• Support the incubation projects with Business Development activities, e.g.: identifying key prospects & potential early adopters;
• Potential markets to be investigated: Digital Advertising, Business Travel, Travel intelligence, …

About the ideal candidate:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Engineering;
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word);
• English proficiency level;
• Good business understanding or ability to learn in the following markets: Travel innovation, Travel tech, Travel ecosystem, Digital Advertising, Business Intelligence, Travel Intelligence, etc.;
• Strong analytical mindset, that enjoys developing new projects;
• Eager to learn everyday & evolve in a multicultural & challenging environment.
