      Your Team
      We are a large group of Technical & Business Analysts that support large scale project delivery for Bankwest. As part of the Business Analysis Chapter, you will be embedded within squads across the business areas, developing integrated solutions across internal and external platforms.       Joining us as a Business Analyst you'll “join the data dots” across customer journeys and systems and will work on projects end to end. The domains of the projects range from: Financial Crime, Home Buying, Digital Transformations and Regulatory Change.

      Responsibilities include:

      • Identify relevant stakeholders, select appropriate techniques and processes to derive and manage requirements, including workshops to capture and constructively challenge requirements
      • Assess and document the current state of business functions and processes to identify and recommend improvements, including application of end user and customer journeys
      • Analyse, create, maintain, and communicate requirements artefacts including but not limited to Epics and User Stories, to scope business rules, process, interaction, and information flow
      • Identify any risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
      • Support and guide Product Owners through the end-to-end discovery and delivery process
      • Develop strong working relationships across multiple business units and across the broader program
      • Maintain a strong relationship with squad and business areas
      • Adhere to the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people.


      We are interested in hearing from people who:

      • Are professional Business Analysts with significant experience in delivering large scale projects
      • Have a blend of experience across: process mapping, system integration, user stories, data mapping and design thinking
      • Have excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
      • The ability to synthesise business and technical requirements/concepts and present them in simple terms
      • Experience with both traditional and Agile delivery practices including backlog creation and refinement, and associated requirements gathering, discovery and analysis
      • Ability to work well with dynamic technical teams, business stakeholders and 3rd party providers
      • A risk Mindset to proactively identify, understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks
