What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a liaison between technology teams and various business units within the employer
- Document business requirements, process flows, use cases, and technical requirements
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, ensuring effective communication across teams
- Conduct quality assurance and user acceptance testing for key systems
- Provide operational support on key applications and manage 3rd party vendor relationships

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of Business Analysis or Project Management experience
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in technology or business, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in API integration to streamline workflows and improve systems interoperability
- Proficiency in sourcing and mapping data from various systems
- Familiarity with the SDLC and development methodologies, as well as Microsoft Office products

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of website design and development methodologies, including CRM and marketing automation systems
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of Smart Sheets for project tracking and management
- Effective communication skills with a diverse range of users in a complex environment
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in problem-solving
