What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform advanced business analysis and support the implementation of data governance tools
- Collect and identify data assets from various sources for metadata management
- Analyze and evaluate business systems to build operational metadata management processes
- Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders and information technology teams
- Conduct design meetings and create presentations for project review and status reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a senior Business Analyst (Technical)
- 8 years of experience with enterprise data analytics, integration, and management
- Proficiency in analyzing raw data using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Informatica Data Governance tools
- Experience with data acquisition strategies and solutions
- Knowledge of the Texas Data Management Framework
- Experience working with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
