● 5+ years' experience as a Workday architect, within HR functional areas, implementing and supporting Workday Core HCM, Talent Management and/or Skills Cloud processes; Workday certification a plus.

COMPANY:
Our client a Fortune 500 Software Organization is seeking a Business Analyst to bring onto the team.
Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with business and Program stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements reiterated to Talent Management and skills related areas.
● Utilize in-depth knowledge to configure, manage and maintain workday Talent Management functionality related to performance review, feedback, goals, succession planning etc. to align with organizational goals and objectives.
● Design and implement Skills Cloud, Skills taxonomy, Skills related architecture (job profile, job requisition, worker profile etc.) ensuring accurate mapping and seamless integration with existing HR Tech tools.
● Ensure project success, including evaluating the technical/functional requirements, configured solutions meet the needs of the project and business as well as adhere to best practices and standards of control boards.
● Conduct system testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the reliability and scalability of the Talent Management system.
● Provide support to end-users on Workday Skills and Talent Management functionalities.
● Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with Tech and Data operations team when necessary.
● Stay abreast of Workday updates and releases.
Qualifications:
● 5+ years' experience as a Workday architect, within HR functional areas, implementing and supporting Workday Core HCM, Talent Management and/or Skills Cloud processes; Workday certification a plus.
● Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into actionable configurations.
