What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Leverage expertise in Thomson Reuters order entry processes and systems (EMS, Flash, MKT tools) to enhance operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map and improve existing systems and processes
- Participate in the integration of new systems, especially during acquisitions or internal changes
- Train Sales Support Coordinators on best practices and ensure accurate documentation of processes
- Adapt to and learn new technologies, including SAP and S4Hana

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Deep systems experience with Thomson Reuters order entry systems (EMS, Flash, MKT tools)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to implement process improvements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective training and documentation
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Unison and Big Machines is advantageous
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to act as a change agent within the organization
