What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Understand and analyze technically complex projects, changes, and business processes
- Gather and define requirements into outlines, flowcharts, and functional wireframes
- Collaborate with UX/UI, development leads, and project managers to plan projects into sprints
- Communicate with clients to gather feedback and ensure development aligns with client expectations
- Assist in quality assurance (QA) processes for each sprint and the overall integrated project

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven experience in gathering requirements from stakeholders and clients
- Proficient in writing outlines, flowcharts, and functional wireframes
- Experience in organizing sprints and effectively communicating requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Project Management, QA, or a related field; or equivalent work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Some coding ability or experience
- Experience with quality assurance (QA)
- A history of mentoring or coaching others, focusing on balanced feedback and effective communication of development needs
