As our Business Analyst, you will be part of a team that enhances, supports and implements systems used within our human resource, legal and compliance departments. Every day, you will triage and resolve issues, support system maintenance needs, and perform assigned project tasks.

To thrive in this position you must enjoy building strong relationships and have configured systems to meet business requirements. We support many different systems, and we will provide you with training so you can support them too.

This job is primarily remote with occasional required travel to Baltimore and communities as needed.

We’re looking for a Business Analyst with experience:

• Facilitating cross-functional team meetings and building strong relationships with customers and team members
• Evaluating existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
• Collaborating with customers to collect and document detailed business requirements
• Executing test cases and ensuring that solutions meet requirements and quality standards
• Providing a high level of customer service by effectively addressing user support issues
• Taking ownership of issues, driving issues to resolution independently and managing shifting priorities

Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at 80,000 annually
