What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and analyze business requirements while resolving production issues
- Elaborate enhancements and document epics, features, and user stories in JIRA
- Validate that testing of user stories meets the required acceptance criteria
- Utilize advanced techniques for eliciting business, technical, nonfunctional, security, and testing requirements
- Collaborate within various software development lifecycles and project delivery processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in gathering business requirements and resolving production issues
- Must have business analysis experience with Guidewire; expert-level experience considered an asset
- Proficient knowledge of project management fundamentals
- Certification as a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA), or other industry-recognized designation/certification

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge and experience in Guidewire InsureCloud for Canada
- Experience in the Canadian insurance property and casualty industry
- Advanced knowledge of various software development lifecycles, including agile and waterfall
