      Interview Process:

      The interview process will consist of a 3 step process; first round candidates may be invited to complete an on demand video interview; from the on demand video interview round, competitive candidates may be invited to participate in a case study. Following the case study, competitive candidates may be invited to a live hiring team interview.

Potential yearly incentive pay up to 15% of base salary; subject to pro-ration at time of hire.

      We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a team that is responsible for analyzing, visualizing, and reporting out data for Property Complex, ILR / Express and Total Loss Operations. Your expertise in coding and data management will be crucial in effectively analyzing data and providing valuable insights to drive business decisions.       Responsibilities:

      • Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources to support reporting and analytics initiatives.
      • Utilize coding skills in Excel Power Suite, SAS, SQL, Python, or other relevant languages to manage, transform, and analyze data.
      • Demonstrate proficiency in data retrieval and storing systems, data modeling, data visualization, and data warehousing using ETL tools, AWS-based analytics, and business intelligence concepts.
      • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
      • Create visually appealing and informative data visualizations to effectively communicate analysis results to various levels of management.
      • Prepare cohesive and understandable reports, summaries, and presentations to highlight key insights and recommendations.
      • Apply specialized knowledge of research and statistical techniques to enhance data analysis processes.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions to meet those requirements.
      • Modify existing technical solutions through design, coding, testing, and implementation.
      • Create and maintain automated data solutions for reports and analytics, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

      Qualifications
