Job summary

Analyse document and validate business requirements using standard templates or tools.

Develop functional specifications and user stories based on business requirements.

Identify gaps in existing systems & processes and provide recommendations for platform or process improvement.

Liaise with stakeholders including business users technical teams and project managers for any issues and clarifications.

Analyse the interactions across applications/ systems to achieve the target process

Responsibilities

Experience of Business Analysis for a new enterprise level system development involving latest technologies Cloud Angular Java Database SharePoint and other requirements

Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies Jira experience is advantageous.

Experience in Agile and/or Scrum methodologies is preferred.

Certifications Required

Certifications related to Agile/Scrum Methodologies is nice to have
