- The team is transitioning from an old Salesforce instance to a new one.
- The transformation involves upstream teams doing their work in the new organization.
- The focus is on transforming compensation processes and utilizing new tools available on the platform.
- Support multiple business stakeholders in compensation analysis needs
- Provide cross-functional project support to multiple internal PMO teams
- Gather requirements, create flow diagrams, and work with developers on compensation tool capabilities
- Proven compensation analysis experience
- Experience remediating legacy software solutions
- 2+ years of business analysis and/or project management experience
- Ability to work hybrid in San Francisco
