What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Determine stakeholder influence and relationship needs, understanding their business and requirements
- Build and manage stakeholder relationships including business partners, users, vendors, and project team members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 3-4 years of business process or business analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
- Proven ability to facilitate relations between business groups and technology departments
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience in Agile methodology and iterative technology development

- Familiarity with project management artifacts such as project timelines and budgets
