What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows, use cases, and user stories
- Collaborate with DTE teams and business SMEs to define and validate test scenarios and test scripts
- Conduct test script reviews and facilitate dry runs to ensure solution readiness
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of Veeva RIM systems and regulatory publishing processes
- Experience defining and reviewing test scripts, and coordinating testing activities
- Ability to gather and document business requirements with clarity and precision
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Veeva Vault Submissions Publishing
- Familiarity with global regulatory compliance requirements and documentation standards
