What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide project-level analysis and produce required documentation, including business requirements and use cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to implement project requirements and guide testers during the QA process
- Elicit and document business and systems requirements, while identifying potential issues and risks
- Prepare process flow diagrams, presentations, and reports for various solutions
- Lead and participate in multiple projects, managing documentation, scope, and schedules

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Engineer or equivalent degree with extensive business analytical experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence decision-making
- Experience in creating specifications for releases and enhancements, and conducting quality control
- Proven ability to gather stakeholder feedback and provide training as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with facilities management software solutions, particularly Corrigo
- Experience in project management and risk mitigation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas to senior management
- Previous experience working in a remote team environment
