- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for Agile SDLC projects.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Utilize JIRA for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking progress.
- Maintain documentation in Confluence, ensuring up-to-date requirements, workflows, and system designs.
- Collaborate with development teams leveraging Bitbucket for version control and code repository management.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups as needed.
- Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses to identify business opportunities and process improvements.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Provide support in testing efforts, including writing test cases and validating deliverables.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working in Agile SDLC environments.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
- Self Starter: Takes the tasks and does what is necessary to complete them without direction.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with process mapping, workflow documentation, and business analysis methodologies.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field, OR 5+ years of equivalent experience without a degree.
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with API integrations and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

The Business Analyst is accountable for coordinating across all technical resources throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration between business areas and technology teams. Your ability to translate complex business needs into clear, well-structured requirements will drive the success of projects and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Additionally, the Business Analyst provides testing support and assists with project management and delivery activities.
