What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform analyses by aggregating data from multiple data sources to inform business decisions
- Develop and troubleshoot reporting using advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and Tableau
- Solve ambiguous problems by identifying key drivers and recommending actionable solutions
- Lead working sessions and manage project plans while communicating effectively with stakeholders
- Synthesize analysis results and present recommendations in an easily digestible manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study (STEM, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business)
- 2-4 years of experience or applicable work experience; Master’s degree preferred
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required; experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, VBA, Python, Access preferred
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills including analytical modeling and insight generation
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to a range of audiences, including senior leaders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare and/or revenue cycle management
- Familiarity with additional analytical tools beyond those listed in the required qualifications
