      Job Profile Summary

      Proactively performs process governance and improvement activities. Collaborates with cross functional teams, highlights issues and drives resolution when required.


      Responsibilities

      Problem Solving/Assessment

      • Determines and applies appropriate methodologies and tools for analyzing a range of standard, functional and/or cross-functional issues

      • Helps identify process gaps and issues

      • Dynamic forward thinking to ensure customers are not impacted by process/technical failures

      • Determines and utilizes appropriate methodology including Lean Six Sigma where appropriate

      Process documentation

      • Design and document existing and/or proposed processes

      • Perform business analysis by comparing existing/proposed operational processes to best practice, identifying gaps and utilising continuous improvement where appropriate

      • Data gathering through process mapping, flow charts and workshops – utilising the information established in order to develop enhanced process engineering

      • Monitor Process Performance to understand how processes can be merged or simplified to benefit internal and external stakeholders

      • Utilize and apply ITIL 4 best practices where appropriate

      Release Management

      • Obtains, creates and documents business requirements engaging multiple stakeholders

      • Supports and manages cross-functional BRDs

      • Works with the BSA's and Dev team on solution design and development

      • Reviews functional design (FD)

      • Partners with stakeholders to analyze, define and document business processes within and across functional areas

      • Utilizes Agile or Lean Six Sigma methodology, supporting the design or improvement of business processes

      • Assist in performing user acceptance testing (UAT)

      • May be responsible for ensuring UAT is fully planned and executed

      • Assesses testing progress

      • Updates process and procedural documentation

      • Completes post deployment analysis

      Reporting and Metrics

      • Status reporting providing periodic project updates, highlighting risks, issues and concerns

      • Performs ad-hoc reporting

      CSI

      • Takes part in cross functional discussions to drive issues, challenges and prioritization efforts

      • Updates CSI and Issues logs ensuring the relevant detail is provided

      • Develops CSI opportunities for the wider team to review

      Qualifications

      • Bachelors Degree Or Equivalent Experience

      • Significant, proven business process management experience

      • MS Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint skills

      • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification / Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Product Owner

      • Meticulous and attention to detail

      • Strong Written and Verbal Communications

      • A positive approach to problem solving

      • The ability to remain calm under pressure

      • A keen analytical and structured approach to problem solving

      • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

      • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team

      • Providing strong, confident feedback to senior teams
