What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform complex analysis including analytical modeling and quantify business impact of various efforts
- Develop automated reporting around key business drivers using analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Synthesize analytical findings to recommend and drive strategic and process improvements within the revenue cycle
- Influence change and communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple teams and external partners
- Manage project plans and prepare updates for key stakeholders while prioritizing work effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study (STEM, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business)
- 1-2 years of experience or applicable work experience; Master’s degree preferred
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required; experience with SQL, Tableau, VBA, Python, Access preferred
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, including analytical modeling
- Ability to communicate complex ideas simply to a range of audiences, including senior leaders

- Experience in healthcare and/or revenue cycle preferred
- Master’s degree in a related field
