Qurate Retail Group is the largest player in video commerce ("vCommerce"), which includes video-driven shopping across linear TV, ecommerce sites, digital streaming and social platforms.

      The Opportunity

      Reporting to the Manager Fulfillment Center Operations, the Business Analyst will work within defined procedures to accomplish daily operations analytics including troubleshooting errors, building reports, and providing data to answer supply chain questions. You will review daily metrics to identify data or process issues and communicate those issues to management and collaborate with teams within and without operations. You will perform some analysis of the operations network performance and provide conclusions to management and work with existing datasets to validate data and provide QA results when issues are fixed.

      Your Impact

      • Create and maintain reports that communicate important alerts.

      • Elevate issues to management so that the team can improve performance and reduce errors and costs.

      • Articulate recommendations and actions using defined logic and methods to problem solve with solutions.

      • Create descriptive and diagnostic daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc metrics to communicate costs and service to leadership.

      • Review metrics to identify issues and communicate those issues to leadership.

      What You Bring

      • 2+ years experience

      • Bachelor's or University Degree, or equivalent work experience

      • SQL experience

      • Experience in different informal or formal presentation settings to internal and external departments

      • Data structure and database design Analytical Problem Solving
