What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with various College business units to analyze and improve business processes
- Evaluate and implement solutions for ERP systems and third-party software to enhance efficiency
- Provide training and support to staff on ERP systems functionality
- Develop documentation, reports, and procedures to optimize workflows
- Act as a liaison between end users and IT to assess and develop technological solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least three years of full-time experience in business process analysis, technical documentation, and user training
- Minimum of three years of experience with ERP systems (e.g., Colleague, Banner)
- Understanding of diverse academic, socioeconomic, and cultural backgrounds
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a community college environment
- Familiarity with fiscal services, human resources, and student services processes
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of system interoperability and technical writing principles
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and effectively train users
