What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct interviews with business SMEs to clarify questions from the project team
- Facilitate requirements gathering and refinement processes
- Capture and document User Stories and Acceptance Criteria in the system of record
- Serve as a tester for validation, SIT, and creation of UAT case scenarios
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis
- Strong facilitation skills for gathering and refining business requirements
- Experience in creating and elaborating on User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and test cases
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile project methodologies
- Clear and concise communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification
- Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile project terminology
- Strong data analysis and manipulation skills using relevant tools
- Knowledge of data visualization techniques
