What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in systems documentation and technical writing
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong ability to analyze and document business and system processes
- Proven experience in translating complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation
- Excellent technical writing, communication, and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience developing large-scale training materials and documentation for new systems
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Docs
